It was clean and very comfortable. One of the nicest motels we have stayed in.
Front desk staff didn't understand fully. Tried to get additional credit card #to charge room fee again! Room was pre-paid.

Comfortable. Clean & attractive furnishings. Drawers and refrigerator were a pleasant surprise for a room in this price range. We will stay here again.

People were friendly and willing to help.
Smelled like someone was cooking in the rooms close to us. I believe Cumin spices.

It appears to be a work in progress. It was adequate for what we needed. We stayed there three nights.

Very nice breakfast buffet.
Cleanliness, the room reeked of cigarette smoke as we entered, smelled like it had barely been cleaned.

Good location, right off the highway, excellent breakfast buffet. Be very careful when reserving a room, if you are a non smoker and get a smoking room, they are permeated with a smoky stale smell, as are the hallways and common areas. Front desk staff can be less than friendly. ...read more

I liked that there was a 99 Restaurant attached to the hotel.
The hotel was not handicapped accessible and did not say so when I purchased it. I traveled with a handicapped child and was 100 % disappointed.

I found out upon arrival to the hotel that the entire hotel was not handicapped accessible. I was staying with my handicapped sister who is in a wheelchair so this was unacceptable. The woman at the desk could not find our reservation for almost a half hour, even though I brought the confirmation number with me. When she did find it, she notified me that our room was on the second floor and that there was no elevator, making it impossible for my sister to join me. She told me I could stay on the first floor but there were no rooms with double beds and that there may be a pull out couch. She didn't feel like checking for me so I had to go searching for this room and come to find out, it didn't even have a couch. Finally, the woman got everything squared away after an hour and moved someone else's room that hadn't shown up yet. I needed to get my sister something to eat, so we tried to go to the 99 Restaurant which was attached to the building. Of course, it was located in the basement and did not have an elevator. I ended up having to order for the two of us and waiting at the top of the stairs so I could take it to go. This hotel was extremely disappointing, especially considering that I spent $100 per night. Don't go if you can avoid it. ...read more

It fully met all my expectations - and was especially quiet, considering it was right on the highway.
There was nothing outstanding that I did not like.

I enjoyed my stay here, and found it to be better than a much more expensive hotel at which we stayed on the same trip.

Peace and quiet.
Had to finish showers with cold frigid water, staff called and woke us to turn off heat that wasn¿t on.

Our first night there I was out late and would have liked to sleep in later, but was called 3 times between 8 and 9 am by the front desk to let in a maintenance guy to turn off the heater that was not even on so they could work in the boiler room. Needless to say my sleep was deprived that day. Also the hot water ran out each time I showered so we had to rinse off each time in frigid cold water. Two problems that made our stay a bit unpleasant. ...read more
